Privacy Policy

Who we are

EVroadHERO sells portable mobile EV rescue charging equipment through evroadhero.com. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean EVroadHERO.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use our contact form, email us or call us, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. If you buy equipment, we also need your shipping address and the details required to process your order.

Information collected automatically. This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Our web host may keep basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, process and ship orders, provide support and warranty service, and meet legal and tax requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Cloudflare), our contact-form service (Web3Forms), YouTube (which hosts the product video on our Buy page and may set cookies when you play it), our email provider, payment processing and financing providers when you buy (for example Stripe and Affirm), and shipping carriers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Payments

We do not store your card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor, which has its own privacy policy.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep order and support records as long as needed for warranty service, accounting and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it (unless we must keep it by law), by contacting us at 203-710-9300 or RSledje@EVroadHERO.com. If we add analytics or advertising tools to this site in the future, we will update this policy and offer a way to opt out where required.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
