Returns and Refunds

Before you send anything back

Please contact us first at 203-710-9300 or RSledje@EVroadHERO.com. We handle returns and refunds case by case, and we will tell you how to return the item. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us right away, and keep the packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to repair, replace or refund it.

Warranty claims

Equipment defects are covered by the one-year warranty described in our Terms of Sale and Use.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider or financing company.
